Research Interests

The enigma and involvement of human genome in cancer intrigues me. To understand it better, I work on idendtifying and evaluating various variants, genes and proteins that contribute to the risk of cancer.

Biography:

I pursued my undergraduation in B. Tech in Biotechnology at D. Y. Patil University in India where I worked on in-silico protein dynamics.

My interest in the human genetics led me to pursue MS in Bioinformatics at Georgia Tech where I work in Dr. Jordan's Lab on caner genomics.
