Alli Gombolay, 2019-20 ARCS Scholar Award Fellowship

Congratulations to Bioinformatics doctoral student, Alli Gombolay, who was selected for a 2019-20 ARCS Scholar Award Fellowship. Alli is advised by Professor Francesca Storici in the School of Biological Sciences. The Achievement Rewards for College Scientists Foundation recognizes outstanding doctoral students who have a record of past achievement and who show exceptional promise of making a significant contribution to the worldwide advancement of science and technology. Per the wishes of the Foundation, the ARCS fellowship of $8,500 is awarded for the full academic year during the fall semester each year. First-time awardees are normally eligible to receive the award for two additional academic years (for up to a total of three award years).
