Naughton
Colin Naughton is originally from Southern California & received his BS in Biomolecular Engineering from UC Santa Cruz. He spent the next few years at a startup working on NGS library prep development focused on liquid biopsies.
Research Interests
Colin is broadly interested in sequencing technologies and how population-level ‘omics data can guide inferences at the patient level. His current project involves single-cell analysis of Crohn’s Disease patient PBMCs.
