Research Interests

The Ghosn Lab (www.ghosnlab.science) combines single-cell RNA-seq and high-dimensional flow cytometry as a systems immunology approach to study the development and function of the fetal-derived tissue-resident immune cells. Our goal is to understand the differences between the immune cells that develop preferentially in infants (fetus) versus adults and determine the functional impact of these differences in promoting host immunity and immunopathology.
