Research Interests
My research focuses on development of computational methdologies for the investigation of genomic variants of clinical importance. My research can be subdivided into following areas:
Human genomics: large-scale analysis of population genomics datasets such as ancestry analysis and genotype-phenotype associations
Comparative microbial genomics: Computational genomics analysis of microbial genomes for addressing public health issues and development of applied predictive tools for accurate identification and characterization of pathogens
