I work at the Torres Lab at Georgia Tech, where we focus on Post-Translational Modifications (PTMs) and intrinsic disorder to understand how they regulate protein structure, function and cell behavior. My work has involved ML models that predict novel functional PTM sites and a Large Language Model (LLM) pipeline to curate Molecular Recognition Feature (MoRF) triggers from structural proteomics publications. Through my roles in the industry, I also have experience with fine-tuning language models to solve NLP and structural biology problems. I am currently studying conditional folding in binding partners for Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 4E through all-atom, gaussian-accelerated MD simulations. You can find me on LinkedIn.
