I am currently working at the Torres Lab at Georgia Tech which focusses on Post-Translational Modifications (PTMs) research to understand how PTMs regulate protein structure, function and cell behavior. My work has involved ML models that predict novel functional PTM sites as well curating a comprehensive dbPTM phosphosite database. I am currently training Large Language Models to detect Molecular Recognition Factor (MoRF) triggers in structural proteomics publications.
