I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with M.S in Computational Biology and UCSD with B.S in Bioinformatics. I worked at Cedars-Sinai for one year as a research bioinformatician after graduation from CMU.

Research Interests

My research interests are single cell geomics and multi-omics data analysis. I'm interested in developing and applying machine learning models and statistical methods to analyze the data to better understand human diseases.
