Deshpande
I am Aaryesh Deshpande, a Master's student in Bioinformatics at Georgia Tech, currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant under Prof. Lynn Kamerlin. My research focuses on molecular dynamics, computational enzymology, and cheminformatics, with a particular interest in protein allosteric regulation and conformational dynamics. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering and actively contribute to open-source bioinformatics and cheminformatics software development.
