I acquired my Bachelor's degree in Applied Maths and Physics at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Russia. My thesis title was "Creating the database of hypothetical receptor domains for fluorescent molecular biosensors". I also received my Master's in Bioinformatics at MIPT.
Research Interests
Biological image analysis, coregistration of different imaging modalities, cardiomyocyte differentiation of human iPS cells.
