Hello! Welcome to my page! Let me tell you a little bit about myself:
I am an Atlanta native and in 2023 I completed my BSc in Biology with a minor in Computer Science at Kennesaw State University. I chose Bioinformatics because it's a perfect intersection between two subjects I'm extremely passionate about. Currently, I'm pursuing my Master's degree in Bioinformatics, where I get to combine computational methods with biological research. In my free time, I love to go on runs, go to the driving range, take weekend trips, and solve puzzles!

I'm currently working with Dr. Timothy Read at Emory University where we specialize in studying bacterial pathogens, particularly Staphylococcus aureus, focusing on antibiotic resistance gene evolution and comparative genomics (https://med.emory.edu/directory/profile/?u=TREAD).
