Lab Interests: A major focus of my research is towards the development of omics and bioinformatics approaches for better understanding of disease pathophysiology and to identify novel biomarkers. We are developing tools for assessing the role of tumor immune landscape in cancer therapeutic outcomes using innovative single-cell profiling and artificial intelligence techniques. Additionally, we are also developing machine learning-based neo-antigen discovery tools for vaccine design and understanding drug-vaccine interactions for improving cancer outcomes.
