Research Interests

Xiuwei Zhang's lab is interested developing computational methods for single cell data, and using these methods to study mechanisms in cell development and differentiation. Specific problems include trajectory inference, modeling cell-cell interactions and reconstructing regulatory networks, with single cell RNA-Seq data and other types of data (spatial information, protein abundance) on single cell level.
