Mullininx
Graduate Student in the McShan Lab.
I have a background in computational drug discovery, molecular docking, and structural biology. I believe that nothing in biology is isolated, with everything moving and interacting with something else. Because of this, I'm very interested in combining systems biology, structural biology, and genomics to better understand proteins and other macromolecules. Currently, I am focusing on ribosomally synthesized and post-translationally modified (RiPP) peptides.
I also have a profile on the McShan Lab website: http://mcshanlab.com/
