Rohini is pursing her Master's in Bioinformatics at Georgia Institute of Technology. She is part of the Bhasin lab at Emory, where she is researching deep learning models for drug repurposing using transcriptomic data. She is passionate about precision medicine, have worked as an Associate Bioinformatics Engineer in the clinical bioinformatics team at Strand Life Sciences in Bangalore, India. Rohini graduated with a Bachelor's of Engineering in Biotechnology from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, India in 2021.
