I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2020 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. My current research at the Gibson Lab focuses on analyzing single-cell RNA seq data of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to discover cell type-specific regulatory networks associated with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) genetic variants.
Research Interests
Transcriptomic profiling, autoimmune diseases, single-cell genomics, predictive health, and personalized medicine.
