Taylor
Cooper

Taylor received her BS in Biology from Georgia Tech in 2019. During the pandemic, she worked as a field technician on various wildlife projects around the United States, including wrangling 200-lb. pythons in the Everglades! She recently joined the Stroud Evolutionary Ecology Lab where she is investigating the evolution of cold tolerance in tropical lizards (primarily Anolis).

Taylor is interested in using adaptively radiating systems to study behavioral and phenotypic evolution, particularly their underlying regulatory mechanisms.
