I am a Ph.D student in Dr. Vannberg's lab. I found my interests in computational biology after I got my master of computer science and transferred to Bioinformatics in Georgia Tech.
Research Interests
I am focusing on Computational Biology and Machine Learning algorithm. Current project is global genome comparison without sequence alignment. I am also interested in Data Mining and Bio-statistic.
