Xuejiao (Jessica) Yuan is a graduate student in the Bioinformatics program at Georgia Tech. She holds a bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from Franklin & Marshall College. With two years of industry experience at Higentec Co., Ltd., her work involved performing genomic analyses on agricultural species, contributing to SNP genotyping array design, and assisting in the development of automated NGS data genotyping and delivery platform. She is currently working at Lieberman's lab at Georgia Tech, focusing on developing computational workflows for analyzing deep saturation mutagenesis library data of Myocilin to identify glaucoma-causing variants.
